Define acceptance first
Inspection works when the buyer states what must be checked, how it is measured, what evidence is needed and who can accept an exception.
Use a traceable record
Connect VIN or another project identifier to exterior, interior, odometer, functions, accessories, visible condition and document checks. Sensitive identifiers should be handled securely and redacted in public material.
Separate inspection stages
Pre-shipment condition, loading evidence and destination receipt solve different questions. Do not present one stage as proof of another.
Handle exceptions
Record the issue, evidence, decision owner, correction or concession and recheck result. Tormays can coordinate independent inspection; the agreed scope governs the report.
